ROAScales is a CRM and marketing service for beauty and barbershop businesses. We are operated by Adam Bøtkjær, Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact: contact@roascales.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect basic business contact information (name, email, phone, website, Instagram handle) for the purpose of outreach and CRM. This data is sourced from publicly available directories such as Google Maps and Instagram public profiles.

3. How we use data

Data is used solely to contact businesses about our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use the Instagram Graph API to look up publicly visible business profile information (biography, website, contact email) for outreach purposes.

4. Instagram API usage

Our application uses the Instagram Graph API (Business Discovery) to access publicly available information on Instagram Business and Creator accounts. We only access data that account holders have made publicly visible on their profiles. We do not store Instagram access tokens for third-party users.

5. Data retention

Business contact data is retained in our internal CRM for as long as needed for outreach. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at contact@roascales.com to exercise these rights.
